100 Heads: Head #4
This drawing is a copy of a 1867 photograph called Woman with Lilies of the Valley by Julia Margaret Cameron. In this drawing, I emulate the drawing style John Singer Sargent used in Mme. Pierre Gautreau.
3B pencil in my Strathmore 400 Series Sketchbook.

I love her attitude. Well done!
This is very art nouveau. I love simple lines in drawings. They are so clean and expressive.
And yes, funny how women 'of the day' were referred to with their husband's name, not their own. Then again women didn't really exist in the eyes of the world (especially the male world) til the suffragette movement.
