Wow, walnuts are amazingly complicated. I love rendering form, so I enjoyed trying to capture the shape of the walnut half. Mechanical pencil on 9" x 12" Strathmore 400 Series Sketch Pad paper.
Hats off to you for taking on a walnut. Such a small little thing and easy to place however you want it and just a little shadow here and there......BUT definitely NOT as easy as it seems and you did a great job! Ronell
Thank you for your comment! I have done that drawing of a bird putting some water on a watercolor paper. The water has to descrive the shape of the bird and after i have just put some drops of balck ink here and there and voilà..the bird became alive! Enjoy this technic! I like your works.. Expecially the drawing called "Working with scale"
